If you’re someone who loves taking ownership, thrives on-site, and believes in delivering results — we’d love to meet you. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end marine piling projects , from design and planning to completion. Supervise on-site teams, contractors, and machinery for safe, high-quality execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for seamless progress. Review drawings, plans, and ensure compliance with marine/civil standards. Manage procurement, logistics, and cost control effectively. Solve on-site challenges proactively with practical, time-saving solutions. Prepare and maintain progress reports, documentation, and quality records . Motivate and lead the workforce to deliver consistent, timely results. 🎓 Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Marine specialization preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Piling or Marine Civil Projects , with leadership exposure. Strong knowledge of piling techniques, foundation systems, and marine construction methods . Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects on time. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
