About the Role

Portfolio Revenue Manager

This is a high-impact role where you ll collaborate with hotel GMs, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape revenue strategy, lead key initiatives, and contribute to IHG s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly revenue generation calls with hotels.


• Optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and business mix strategies.


• Roll out new tools, systems, and programs with strong adoption.


• Support the RMH P&L and contribute to service offering development.


• Mentor and develop Revenue Analysts and future RM talent.


• Provide market intelligence and performance insights to stakeholders.


• Collaborate with commercial, finance, HR, and sales teams.


• Champion IHG s Winning Ways and Growth Behaviors in daily work.

What You ll Bring

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.


• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, or strategic planning preferably in hospitality.


• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.


• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage change.


• Expertise in revenue systems, yield optimization, and selling strategies.
