Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, and you should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Possessing relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar would be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.,
