Portfolio Manager

As a Branch Head at Mavenoak Properties LLP, located in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the profit center and overseeing branch operations. With a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring and retaining clients, managing the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and strive to deliver a seamless client experience. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, with an MBA considered an added advantage. Your communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and digital marketing tools. Strong analytical thinking, networking abilities, and fluency in Hindi, local languages, and English are desired.
