Portfolio Management Executive

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, channel partners & existing mortgage customers to drive consistent lead flow.
• Identify new partnership opportunities in local markets to expand mortgage sourcing network (HL/LAP).
• Conduct regular partner visits, meetings & presentations to strengthen engagement and increase referral business.
• Generate quality mortgage leads through relationship activation, market mapping & community connections.
• Provide accurate product knowledge & loan guidance to customers to support decision-making and ensure higher conversions.
• Coordinate with credit, valuation & legal teams to support seamless processing of referred mortgage cases.
• Track and review lead status, sanction rate & disbursement progress with sales teams to improve closure ratios.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & referral retention through periodic follow-ups and post-disbursement relationship support.
• Maintain partner productivity MIS, reporting monthly performance, active partners & business pipeline.
• Achieve monthly targets for mortgage lead generation, sanctions & disbursement outcomes through relationship-based sourcing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
