1. Total experience of 10+ years with relevant experience of 3+ years as Technical Lead
2. Experience with leading a team of 20+ members 3. 7+ years of experience with development on Java-J2EE based technologies 4. 5+ years of experience with development on Spring Boot Microservices 5. Strong exposure to JAVA 8+ version 6. Technical expertise in developing RESTFull APIs 7. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills 8. Good Communication skills
