Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pool Attendant located in Palampur. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the pool area, ensuring guest safety, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring pool activities, maintaining cleanliness, arranging pool furniture, providing towels, and assisting guests with inquiries. The Pool Attendant will also be responsible for reporting maintenance needs and enforcing pool rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and basic maintenance tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to monitor activities and public safety
• Knowledge of pool safety standards and regulations
• Physical ability to perform duties and be on feet for extended periods
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent
