Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Polymer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our polymer products to various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and target new customers in relevant industries Polypropylene, PET, rPET Compounded Polymers and allied Polymers

-Develop and manage existing client relationships to increase repeat business.

-Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.

-Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and delivery.

-Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the senior team.

-Ensure technical knowledge, applications, and value proposition.

-Attend industry expos, conferences, and client visits as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Business, or related field

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the polymer or chemical industry

- Strong understanding of polymer products and their applications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to travel as required
