What We’re Looking For

👉🏻2+ years of experience in political campaigns or digital/social media management

👉🏻Strong political awareness and the ability to craft strategic narratives

👉🏻Deep understanding of algorithms, analytics, and content trends

👉🏻Fluency in Marathi (Priority) + Hindi + English

👉🏻Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage digital political campaigns from start to finish

✅ Plan strategies, analyze performance, and execute effective campaign workflows

✅ Coordinate with internal teams and maintain clear communication with clients

✅ Develop narratives, campaign assets, and actionable insights

✅ Drive high-quality results with attention to detail and deadlines
