Policy Enforcement Manager, Trust and Safety, YouTube

You will be joining as a Policy Enforcement Manager in a global team with exposure across all Trust and Safety verticals, closely working with YouTube feature product teams. Your primary responsibility will be to lead Trust and Safety operations for Livestream and oversee Operations for multiple products within the Cross Policy business. - Lead Enforcement and Operations Management for YouTube Livestream, New Products, and Cross Policy workflows. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing vendor workflows, defining clear processes, and operational guidelines to enhance efficiency. - Conceptualize, design, and execute projects aimed at significant workflow/process improvements. This includes designing and implementing performance metrics, analyzing operational data for insights, and proactively addressing gaps to enhance efficiency, process improvements, and automation. - Manage escalations effectively with quick turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives. Collaborate with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations, and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations. - Identify automation and efficiency opportunities by utilizing data-driven strategies. You will review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in alignment with YouTube's Community Guidelines. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related field. - Experience in operations, including vendor management, workflow optimization, process design or optimization, or management consulting. - Proficiency in data analytics and ability to work with large datasets, query multiple data sources, and perform analyses to track performance metrics and drive operational improvements. - Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, define successful approaches, and solve problems across cross-functional teams. - Excellent organizational, people management, and project management skills with effective attention to detail.,
