Role Overview

We are looking for a charismatic, articulate, and passionate female host to be the face and voice of our digital content. You will be responsible for hosting and co-creating our podcast and YouTube channel, creating engaging content that showcases our culinary expertise, behind-the-scenes stories, industry trends, and guest interviews. Your role will be key in building brand love, authority, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Hosting (80%)

>Host & Present
>Research & Develop Topics>Scripting & Flow>Interviewing>On-Location Shoots

Production & Collaboration (20%)
>Team Coordination>Feedback & Review>Brand Amplification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in hosting, video presenting, broadcasting, or a similar public-facing role. A showreel/demo video is mandatory.

Passion for Food: A genuine enthusiasm for the culinary arts, hospitality trends, and the food & beverage industry. Basic culinary knowledge is a strong plus.

Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.

On-Camera Charisma: Natural, professional, and relatable on-screen presence.

Quick Learner & Adaptable: Ability to understand and explain culinary techniques, business concepts, and food science in an accessible way.
Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a creative, fast-paced startup environment.
