Job Description

Product Executive / Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development:

  • Drive

    end-to-end product development

    , from concept ideation to commercialization.
  • Identify market gaps and

    develop innovative product formulations

    in collaboration with R&D.
  • Ensure compliance with

    global regulatory standards

    and quality requirements.

2. Marketing & Communication:

  • Develop and execute

    product positioning, branding, and communication strategies

    .
  • Work with creative and digital teams to

    craft compelling campaigns

    for professionals and consumers.
  • Coordinate with medical and regulatory teams to create

    scientific narratives

    for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and end-users.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth

    market research

    to identify

    trends, competitor benchmarks, and consumer insights

    .
  • Leverage data analytics to

    predict market movements and customer preferences

    .
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to

    gather customer feedback

    and refine product strategies.

4. Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Drive accurate

    demand forecasting

    for new and existing products.
  • Manage

    P&L responsibility

    for product lines, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Develop

    pricing strategies

    based on market dynamics and competitive positioning.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with

    R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance teams

    to ensure smooth execution of product plans.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure

    timely launches

    with adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, raw material suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

6. Training & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop

    product training programs

    for sales and medical representatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including

    doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and industry experts

    , to enhance product adoption.
  • Represent the company at

    conferences, industry events, and B2B/B2C marketing initiatives

    .
