Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMS Operations Analyst to manage the operational backbone of our PMS and AIF business. The role involves reconciliation, data management, process improvement, and coordination between sales, technology, and AMC partners to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee PMS/AIF data accuracy through regular MIS and financial reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update product, holding, and transaction data for internal systems and client-facing platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales, tech, and AMC teams for transaction validation, query resolution, and smooth onboarding of new products/partners.
  • Drive operational readiness for new AMC empanelments, including documentation and process alignment.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and MIS dashboards for efficient internal and external operations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in investment operations; PMS/AIF knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
