About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMS Operations Analyst to manage the operational backbone ofour PMS and AIF business. The role involves reconciliation, data management, processimprovement, and coordination between sales, technology, and AMC partners to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee PMS/AIF data accuracy through regular MIS and financial reconciliations.Maintain and update product, holding, and transaction data for internal systems andclient-facing platforms.Coordinate with sales, tech, and AMC teams for transaction validation, query resolution,and smooth onboarding of new products/partners.Drive operational readiness for new AMC empanelments, including documentation andprocess alignment.Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and MIS dashboards for efficient internal andexternal operations.Requirements13 years experience in investment operations; PMS/AIF knowledge preferred.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation processes.Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities.High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
