About NJ Asset Management:

NJ asset management is a 100% subsidiary of NJ India Invest. Its the asset management arm of the group having mutual funds business and PMS business.

It is headed by Mr. Vineet Nayyar (CEO) who has 20+ years of experience in mutual funds business. Its vision is to provide relevant products to Indian investors covering equity mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income funds and international equities and become knowledge partners with distributors and partners.

Job Title:

Qualification:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing Fund accounting deliverables as per TAT

  • Ensuring timely and accurate NAV processing, NAV validation.

  • Audit handling Internal, Statutory, Regulatory etc.

  • Reconciliations review holding, investment accounts, subscription accounts, redemption

  • accounts, switch accounts, tax payments, charges etc

  • Schemes expense payment and management including B30 and IAP accruals.

  • Total Expense ratio review and ensure proper scrutiny (DTER)

  • Trial balance review.

  • Dividend distribution ensuring Equalization regulations

  • Internal / external MIS requirements

  • Should contribute to system changes as per requirement.

  • Ensure efficient scheme accounting in complete compliance with SEBI regulations.

  • Company receipts interest, dividend verification and posting into investment systems

  • Ensure day off bank balances for all funds are positive adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Managing SEBI & AMFI reporting on regular basis / monthly / quarterly / half yearly in

  • Coordination with the compliance team.
