PMO/Strategy (Ropeways)

You will be responsible for leading comprehensive project supervision and management across multiple construction projects at Adani Group. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as facilitating seamless operations through effective resource allocation, documentation management, and compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights and executive-level reporting to optimize project performance and achieve overall goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, tools, and templates. - Monitor and report on project performance metrics (cost, schedule, risk, quality). - Drive project reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning. - Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic goals and compliance standards. - Facilitate cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, procurement, and operations. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. - 5 Years of Experience in PMO, strategy, or consulting roles, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or capital projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). - Experience with tools like MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, and ERP systems. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
