PMO (Project Management Office) professional Telecom

As a PMO (Project Management Office) professional in the Telecom sector, your main responsibility will be to ensure governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple projects and programmes. You will drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy. Your key responsibilities include: - Establishing and managing project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives. - Supporting project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery. - Developing and maintaining programme dashboards, reports, and KPIs for senior leadership. - Ensuring alignment with organisational standards, processes, and compliance requirements. - Monitoring budgets, resource utilisation, and financial tracking across telecom projects. - Identifying risks and dependencies and supporting mitigation planning. - Driving continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects. - Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives. - Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar). - Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
