Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 4. Launch Planning and Execution: Coordinate with CDMM, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams (including Domestic and International Operations) to finalize launch-related planning activities. Ensure the smooth execution of launch plans, minimizing risks and delays. 5. Portfolio and Concept Planning: Lead and support responsibilities related to portfolio planning, product concept planning, and project planning to align with organizational growth strategies. Conduct feasibility analyses for potential product concepts and ensure alignment with market demands and organizational goals. 6. Executive Reporting and Planning: Collaborate with the ED Office to organize and plan for the ED APS reviews. Provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. 7. Process Improvement and Support: Identify and implement process improvements within the Product Planning function to enhance operational efficiency. Provide strategic support to the PP HOD in driving initiatives that optimize the function's performance. Experience A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, product planning, or related roles in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM. Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. General Requirements Job Segment: Engineer, Automotive, Engineering
