PMO Manager

You are an experienced PMO Manager with 4-5 years of experience in a software development team, preferably with knowledge of Zoho or Odoo, to oversee project governance, client interactions, team coordination, and Agile delivery. Your primary responsibilities include gathering business requirements, assigning tasks to the team, ensuring timely project completion, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to drive project success. Your key responsibilities will involve engaging with clients to comprehend and document their business needs, translating these requirements into functional specifications for the technical team, developing and maintaining project plans in alignment with business goals, tracking task allocation for efficient execution, ensuring on-time project delivery with high quality and minimal risk, conducting Agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, monitoring sprint progress, resolving blockers, identifying and mitigating project risks, addressing client concerns proactively, and maintaining clear documentation of issues, risks, and resolutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field, have 4-5 years of experience in PMO/Project Management, particularly in Zoho or Odoo environments, be familiar with Agile practices and conducting Scrum meetings, and exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include Zoho/Odoo certification (preferred but not mandatory), experience in ERP/CRM software implementation and integration, and a strong understanding of business workflows, automation, and customization.
