PMO Lead (Financial Operations)

As a PMO - Financial Operations Specialist at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue operations, financial planning, and project management. Your expertise in financial analysis, billing, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and process optimization. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will play a key role in monitoring revenue, identifying trends, and providing insights for growth and retention. Additionally, you will manage accurate and timely invoicing, address billing-related inquiries and disputes, and enhance end-to-end revenue processes. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing resource management, tracking operational metrics, managing contracts, and generating MIS reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor revenue, identify trends, and provide insights for growth and retention - Manage accurate and timely invoicing (system/manual) - Address inquiries and disputes related to billing - Enhance end-to-end revenue processes (quoting, contracting, order management, revenue recognition) - Oversee demand creation, resource fulfillment, and panel arrangements - Track cost, margins, billing gaps, forecast vs. variance, band mix, and investment overruns - Prepare SoWs, manage contracts via DocuSign, and ensure legal compliance - Generate MIS reports on collections, receivables, and recovery performance **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field - Strong financial literacy with expertise in AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, MIS, and reporting dashboards - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Highly organized with strong time management and accuracy **About GlobalLogic:** GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner known for collaborating with the world's largest companies to create innovative digital products and experiences.
