PMO Lead (Financial Operations)

As a PMO Financial Operations Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing revenue operations, financial planning, and project management. Your expertise in financial analysis, billing, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and process optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Revenue Tracking & Analysis:** Monitor revenue trends and provide insights for growth and retention. - **Billing & Invoicing:** Manage accurate and timely invoicing. - **Customer Support:** Address billing-related inquiries and disputes. - **Process Optimization:** Enhance end-to-end revenue processes for efficiency. - **Resource Management:** Oversee demand creation, resource fulfillment, and panel arrangements. - **Operational Metrics:** Track cost, margins, billing gaps, forecast vs. variance, band mix, and investment overruns. - **Contract Management:** Prepare SoWs, manage contracts via DocuSign, and ensure legal compliance. - **Reporting:** Generate MIS reports on collections, receivables, and recovery performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. - Strong financial literacy with expertise in AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Proficiency in financial tools, Excel, MIS, and reporting dashboards. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong time management and accuracy.
