Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive to support our staffing operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in project management and operational excellence within a dynamic staffing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting of staffing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and trackers for resource allocation and utilization.
• Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and other operational metrics to ensure project health and compliance.
• Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports for leadership review.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to internal PMO guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks related to staffing operations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
