Job Description

As the Project Governance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects within the organization adhere to standards, policies, and best practices. Your primary role will involve establishing and enforcing project management standards, policies, and frameworks. Additionally, you will provide oversight for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. In the role of Strategic Advisor, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align project priorities with business objectives. You will define project portfolios and strategic objectives, ensuring that resource allocation aligns with priorities and organizational vision. Your insights will be crucial in creating roadmaps for long-term initiatives and identifying potential risks and opportunities. As the Process and Framework Developer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and improving project management methodologies and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the portfolio of projects to deliver value and align with business goals. You will also provide recommendations on project prioritization based on ROI and resource availability, managing interdependencies between projects and programs effectively. In the capacity of a Performance Monitor, you will track project progress and evaluate performance against KPIs to ensure timely delivery. You will develop and maintain dashboards to monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership. Post-project evaluations will be conducted to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, with a strong focus on risk management and process improvement. Key Skills required for this role include strategic thinking to align projects with business goals, leadership skills to inspire teams and make critical decisions, analytical capabilities to evaluate performance metrics, effective communication with stakeholders, problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively, and technical knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Asana. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience and be proficient in Hindi. The work location is in person.
