1) Coordination with Project Leads & Delivery Leads for all Delivery operational activities
2) Coordination with different functions areas - Finance, Staffing, Recruitment, Sales, Quality & HR 3) Managing Project Invoicing, end to end support for raising requisitions, fulfillment activities, Interview panels, Client interview prep support, Client timesheet reconciliation
4) Regular calls with Account managing team for project specific requirements, need to provide support for any data related ask whenever required
5) Daily Syncups with Delivery Leads/Scrum Masters on action items and taking it to closure
6) Project Revenue forecasting, maintaining various project related excel trackers and keeping them updated real time
7) Resolving queries of team members regarding client timesheets, client interviews etc.
8) Need to be on top of all activities as this job involves communicating & coordinating with top executives of the organization
9) Timely Responsiveness is required as there can be critical timebound activities in which you will be a key contributor
10) Support for account specific initiatives, may involve driving them too.
