Job Description

Design and execute comprehensive assessment frameworks aligned with L&D programmes.
Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes (Kirkpatrick Model, ROI, etc.).Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assessment projects, from needs analysis to post-programme impact studies.Implement tools and platforms for knowledge checks, feedback collection, and performance measurement.Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and reports.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and learning best practices.Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and external partners to integrate assessment strategies into programme design.Lead L&D reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews and audits.Support the upskilling and certification journeys through diagnostic and summative assessments
