Job Description

  • You will support compiling the various weekly status reporting packs and following the governance model programme principles and PMO processes.
  • You will be supporting the PMO manager with the management of programme control documents, such as risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), resource and budget tracking, programme plan updates and action tracking.
  • Supporting the PMO manager engage critical project resource and manage this through to completion.
  • Primary point of contact for Programme Management workstream and maintenance of distribution, team structures and resource management documents.
  • Ensuring weekly meetings are scheduled and include relevant details, such as locations information and agendas
  • Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding of project resources and keeping tracking documents up-to-date, (change requests, travel approval, holiday approval etc.)
  • Working with Workstream and Market Leads to ensure project updates are received on time and relevant reporting packs are synchronised
  • Support the Functional Team with status reporting, documents and deliverable tracking
  • Tracking of actions and updates in relation to key meetings, such as the Project Board meetings
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work as part of a tightly integrated team
  • A keen eye for detail and keeping documents up-to-date
  • Ability to quickly develop good internal relationships
  • Ability to recognise, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations of multiple stakeholder
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organisation
  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks and be accountable for your deliverables
  • Exceptional ability to work within a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Technical Knowledge and Experience
  • Some experience in project management or diary management.
