Objectives aligned to this role:

To analyse procedures and offer insights to senior leaders, assisting in strategic decision-making regarding project prioritization, risk assessment, resource management, and problem-resolution strategies.

What would you do?

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
• Track project progress and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and facilitate training.
• Contribute to portfolio management by aligning projects with organizational goals and strategies.

Whom we are looking for:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional customer relations abilities.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Project Management life cycle, including revenue management, budgeting, and cost allocation.
• Experience collaborating with project stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining thorough documentation.
