Description
As a PMO Analyst at Mindera, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growing team by collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of all aspects of project planning and execution. By contributing to maintaining governance, providing insights on project performance, and participating in the development of best practices and methodologies in project management, you will be integral to the success of our projects. Your tasks will include gathering data, preparing reports, and assisting in tracking project costs, schedules, and resource allocation. Furthermore, you will be accountable for analyzing project risks and issues, devising mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to the organization's project governance framework. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in a similar position within project management. A strong grasp of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is essential, along with the ability to analyze and present complex data clearly. Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is also required. Your role will involve providing support to the Program Management team through governance, analysis, and support tasks. Key attributes for success include being a team player, proactive, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of delivering high-quality work promptly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels. Additionally, your responsibilities will encompass facilitating delivery by analyzing requirements, conducting data analysis, mapping processes, and overseeing the creation of options. You will also offer processing, governance, and tooling support to the enablement and delivery teams, while managing documentation and ownership effectively. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and both written and verbal communication abilities will be essential in fulfilling your duties. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and hold relevant certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Agile will further enhance your suitability for this role.
