Role & Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

• Develop comprehensive project plans for office spaces and retail stores interior fit-outs.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Ensure projects are executed as per schedule and within budget.

Quality Control

• Implement quality procedures to maintain high standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve issues or defects promptly to uphold project integrity.

Finishing Activities

• Oversee finishing works such as POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, flooring, lighting, façade, kitchen installation, and waterproofing.
• Ensure all finishing activities meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed documentation including plans, schedules, progress reports, and final handovers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in managing interior projects for

  high-end retail outlets, commercial interiors, office interiors hospitals, schools, or apparel stores

  .
• Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/retail interiors,

  construction practices, materials, and techniques

  .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in

  Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management

  , or related field.

• 3–5 years of project management experience

  in interior fit-outs (commercial/retail preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
