Role Description

We are seeking a candidate for a full-time Retail Experience role located on-site in New Delhi. The day-to-day tasks include managing retail sales, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and team members to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales, Product Knowledge, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
