Role & responsibilities Manage material planning and coordinate monthly machine planning to meet project requirements. Utilize SAP for project-related processes, including material management and order tracking. Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. Compile & Maintain System Database Review of Sales order & Validation Coordination among Erection engineers/site engineers. Review of project-related documents/drawings & identify discrepancies. Review of Inspection report & Updating in systems. Communications with clients at frequent intervals for to & from updating. Review of Inspection report & Updating in the system Tracking of project Status & updating in system. Communications with clients at frequent intervals for to & from updating. Communication with client team / structural engineer/ architect/ site contractors as & when required. Forecasting of Execution plan based on site status updates. Review of the complexity of the Job & track of it. Assist the Operation team for ease of commencement of the Job. Preferred candidate profile SAP, Auto CAD & Computer Literate.
