Client-facingrole Experiencewith Relativity/iConect/any other industry standard platform etc. Manage 4simultaneous projects across 3 to 4 clients depending on the client and projectsize PrepareSOW: Understand all client requirements, typical project specs, reporting andis closely aligned with the Client Project/Review Managers Createproject budgets in conjunction with client and seek their approval; strict adherenceto the budget Createinternal project workflows including technical workflows (searches, layouts,QC, analytics etc.) Coordinateinternal training plans for projects from dedicated clients Responsiblefor overall quality and productivity on their respective client projects Providesoversights for project and technical workflows and challenges; collaborating onwith internal teams to resolve issues and continue smooth working Team andPeople Management o Typicallyhas team of 2 APMs, 3-4 TLs, 60-80 Sr Associates/Associates o Handleteam escalations; giving feedbacks o Mentoringand identifying team members for growth Requirements Must be an attorney Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years as a PM inlegal industry across eDiscovery services CIR/MDR experience o Dealingwith challenging team members and the outcome o Be amentor to APMs and TLs o Relativityand other major platforms o RelCertification is preferred
