Typical candidates will possess 12 to 15 years of project management experience delivering programs. Direct oversight, management and accountability for the scope, schedule, resource and budget requirements of assigned project(s) Apply lean/agile values and principles at all phases of project activity while meeting any governance and regulatory constraints of the client organization. Proficient in Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and discipline Use and promote the team to use agile tools (Rally, JIRA) for Work Item Management, Team Performance, & Reporting. Work with team in the management of product back-log and work effort estimations Review and provide guidance to the delivery team. Coaches the team on Agile, and Scrum principles with a goal of continuous improvement. Be a servant-leader and have the ability to lead teams and Product Owners without direct authority. Core IT Competencies, needs to have knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Core Project Management Competencies. Been a part of an Enterprise Project delivery of at least 2M and above. Insurance Business Domain Knowledge Drive a technical BA/SM/DEV/QA team on Pega architecture and Automation would be added advantage. Ability to understand and contribute to architecture and design disciplines. Challenge Assumptions and lead teams to deliver quality and predictable outcomes. Domain knowledge on Insurance will be added advantage. Proficient in iterative, Agile and blended methodologies and their application in project delivery projects at the Enterprise Level in Agile and in blended environments. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
