Keep manager updated on all project related issues, concerns and achievements and seek his support whenever required. Should be able to work and handle multiple projects efficiently. Provide and implement corrective actions and preventive measures regarding quality and timelines for the projects and maintain proper documentation. Provide value added suggestions for design improvements and cost reductions wherever applicable. Should be able to handle complex projects under the guidance of the manager Generate and manage daily time logs and related reports. Gather and compile monthly and weekly reports. Analyze the reports and provide inputs for improvements. Update manager on any red flags that might pop up while analyzing the reports. Ensure that the team provides the required inputs for the reports on time. Assist/guide in training on project / processes to junior level associates / trainees including project logs. Ensure all set process are followed with allowed deviation from the business units and develop as well as document new processes and design practices as per business needs Should be conversant with most of the set process Should follow process thoroughly and also insist other to do the same. Should be able to give suggestions regarding process improvements or developing new process for improving efficiency. Work closely with managers/colleagues to understand the changes and new processes that have been developed and give inputs whenever required. Ensure all Kohler core competencies are well understood and practiced. Keep informed of the latest developments in the field of technology with respect to the job requirements.
