Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing & Irrigation Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance (O&M) of plumbing systems, water networks, irrigation, swimming pools, and water treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on expertise, and supervisory skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out maintenance and repair of:
• Plumbing systems and pipelines
• Water booster pumps and water network systems
• Irrigation systems, Jacuzzis, and swimming pools
• Water Treatment Plant (WTP) equipment
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and guide a team of technicians and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3-year full-time course).
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in O&M services, including plumbing, water network, irrigation systems, pool maintenance, and WTP operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of pumps, piping systems, filtration systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, delegate tasks, and train junior staff.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
