• ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in plumbing installation and maintenance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Plumber / Plumbing Technician to handle new plumbing installations and routine as well as breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems. The role involves ensuring proper water supply, drainage, sanitation, and leak-free plumbing operations across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation:

• Carry out new plumbing installations as per drawings and site requirements
• Install pipelines, fittings, valves, fixtures, sanitary ware, and accessories
• Support plumbing work for new buildings, washrooms, kitchens, labs, hostels, and offices

Plumbing Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems
• Attend plumbing complaints such as leakages, blockages, low water pressure, and faulty fittings
• Repair or replace damaged pipes, taps, valves, flush systems, and fixtures
• Maintain overhead tanks, underground tanks, pumps, and water supply lines

Drainage & Sanitation:

• Maintain drainage, sewage, and storm water lines
• Ensure proper functioning of toilets, wash basins, urinals, and drainage systems
• Clear chokes and ensure hygienic conditions

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow safety practices while carrying out plumbing work
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, water safety, and maintenance standards
• Identify potential issues and report risks or major repairs

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and administration teams
• Assist during inspections, audits, emergencies, and events
• Maintain basic records of maintenance and repairs

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, and tools
• Ability to identify faults and carry out effective repairs
• Basic understanding of water supply and drainage layouts
• Hands-on experience with maintenance work
