PLM Product Owner

As a Product Owner in the Product Lifecycle Management team at Emerson, you will play a crucial role in defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog for ENOVIA/3DExperience PLM applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Management, architecture, and technical/delivery leadership to refine and prioritize the backlog, engaging with business stakeholders to refine feature scopes, and considering business needs to prioritize the team backlog. Additionally, you will define user stories and acceptance criteria, supervise project tasks, adhere to project timelines, and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand processes and deliver solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Product Management, architecture, and technical/delivery leadership to refine and prioritize the backlog - Collaborating with business stakeholders on refining feature scopes - Considering business needs to prioritize the team backlog - Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving backlog refinement events - Engaging with various stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and deliver solutions - Supervising and tracking project tasks and resource requirements - Adhering to project timelines for on-time delivery - Collaborating with businesses to develop and implement performance measures and other important business metrics - Ensuring proper communication within the project team and documenting project status, issues, and successes appropriately To excel in this role, you will need: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT in a techno-functional role supporting various IT Applications - Understanding of important project metrics and SLAs - Experience in Manufacturing/Supply chain/Product Lifecycle/Inventory domain - Previous experience as a business analyst in the mentioned domains is preferred - Experience with leading projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies - Proficiency in Azure DevOps - Ability to plan and handle short- and long-term projects - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills - Knowledge of PO Roles & Responsibilities within a SAFe environment - Understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools for successful execution of Waterfall, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies Preferred qualifications that set you apart: - BA/BS/ BE/B-Tech degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related area - Equivalent experience in B-Tech with a technical background - Good interpersonal skills in English - Knowledge of PLM Tools like Enovia/Windchill/Teamcenter - Scale Agile SAFe for Teams certificate - Scale Agile SAFe for Product Owner/Product Manager certificate,
