PLM CAD Solutions Specialist

As a PLM CAD Solutions Specialist at Bmt International SA, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of PLM projects at BMT Group in alignment with the company's vision to become a leading Industry 4.0 company. Your role will involve: - Understanding the engineering process at BMT companies, compliant to automotive and aerospace standards and based on APQP framework - Translating the engineering process requirements into the correct setup of the PLM solution PTC Windchill - Designing the setup of Windchill towards scalability and compatibility with other core systems such as ERP and the IIoT platform (PTC Thingworx) - Managing the delivery of PLM projects including scope, quality, and cost - Defining and communicating project roles and responsibilities - Performing regular communication with stakeholders during project delivery - Proactively monitoring the overall progress of projects and resolving issues as needed - Enforcing change management at the project level - Preparing and performing end-user training and providing guidance to local key users - Contributing to the application support process by identifying new opportunities in the way that PLM system is implemented, enhanced, operated, and used Your qualifications for this role should include: - Master's degree in an engineering or computer systems discipline - 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in the area of engineering or discrete manufacturing - 3+ years of industry experience in project managing similar complexity IT projects - Good knowledge of core IT applications in manufacturing companies such as CAD, CAM, PLM, ERP, MES - Knowledge of Creo and Windchill is a clear plus, as well as PTC Thingworx - Effective communication and presentation skills Join us at Bmt International SA and be part of our international group striving towards innovation and excellence in the Industry 4.0 landscape.,
