Designation: PLC Industrial Automation Engineer

Location: Pollachi, Coimbatore

Key Skills:

PLC Structured Text programming
Industrial automation systems and control logic
Electrical Engineering fundamentals
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Servo drives & motion control
Vision systems & robotic integration
SCADA systems
Machine testing & commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement control logic using
PLC Structured Text programming

Apply
fundamentals of Electrical Engineering
in automation system design and troubleshooting.
Perform C
oncept Generation
based on application requirements and customer specifications.
Design, develop, and integrate automation solutions involving
Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Servo, Vision, Robot, SCADA, and other control systems
.
Read, understand, and work with
Electrical Diagrams, Product Manuals, and Machine Manuals
.
Execute
Machine Testing and Commissioning
activities at factory and customer sites.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve control system and machine-level issues.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams during development and commissioning phases.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and commissioning records.
Communicate technical progress, issues, and solutions effectively with internal teams and customers.
