**Location:** Motipur in Muzaffarpur in Bihar
**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 Years**Job Type:** Full-Time**Candidate Preference:** Candidates from outside Bihar are preferred

**Job Summary:**
We are hiring an experienced PLC Operator for our manufacturing plant in Bihar. The candidate must have hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation control systems. Applicants from outside Bihar will be given priority for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot PLC-based systems
• Perform routine checks on automation equipment and control panels
• Identify and resolve errors, alarms, or breakdowns in the PLC system
• Support maintenance teams during machine breakdowns
• Ensure proper functioning of sensors, motors, drives, and automation equipment
• Maintain operation logs and report any abnormalities
• Coordinate with production and technical teams for process improvements
• Follow safety guidelines and plant operation standards

**Required Qualifications & Skills:**

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation
• Minimum 2 years experience as a PLC Operator or Automation Technician
• Strong understanding of PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Delta/etc.)
• Ability to read control diagrams and wiring schematics
• Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, VFDs, sensors, and automation troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in a manufacturing or feed plant environment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance of automation systems
