Job Overview We are looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated Playway Faculty to work with our youngest learners aged 2.3 to 3 years . The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on child care, health, hygiene , and emotional well-being , and be able to engage toddlers through creative play-based learning experiences. Excellent English communication skills are a must to interact effectively with both students and parents. Key Responsibilities Early Learning & Engagement Conduct daily routines and structured play activities tailored to the developmental stage of toddlers. Use interactive tools like rhymes, stories, toys, and sensory materials to support early cognitive and language development. Creative and Motor Skill Development Organize basic art, craft, music, and movement sessions. Help children develop fine and gross motor skills through age-appropriate exercises and fun games. Child Care, Health & Hygiene Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the classroom and play area. Closely monitor children's health, habits, and comfort, and report concerns to the coordinator or parents as needed. Teach and reinforce daily routines related to hygiene, toilet training, and mealtime behavior. Emotional and Social Development Build strong emotional connections with children and help them feel safe and happy in the school environment. Encourage confidence, sharing, and good behavior through positive reinforcement. Communication & Reporting Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and day-to-day activities. Participate in school events, parent interactions, and classroom presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers is preferred. Strong focus on caregiving, health, hygiene , and daily routine management . Excellent spoken English and communication skills . Energetic, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children. Benefits Free accommodation for single female faculty.
