Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated Playway Faculty to work with our youngest learners aged 2.3 to 3 years. The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on child care, health, hygiene, and emotional well-being, and be able to engage toddlers through creative play-based learning experiences. Excellent English communication skills are a must to interact effectively with both students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Early Learning & Engagement

• Conduct daily routines and structured play activities tailored to the developmental stage of toddlers.
• Use interactive tools like rhymes, stories, toys, and sensory materials to support early cognitive and language development.

Creative and Motor Skill Development

• Organize basic art, craft, music, and movement sessions.
• Help children develop fine and gross motor skills through age-appropriate exercises and fun games.

Child Care, Health & Hygiene

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the classroom and play area.
• Closely monitor children's health, habits, and comfort, and report concerns to the coordinator or parents as needed.
• Teach and reinforce daily routines related to hygiene, toilet training, and mealtime behavior.

Emotional and Social Development

• Build strong emotional connections with children and help them feel safe and happy in the school environment.
• Encourage confidence, sharing, and good behavior through positive reinforcement.

Communication & Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and day-to-day activities.
• Participate in school events, parent interactions, and classroom presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers is preferred.
• Strong focus on caregiving, health, hygiene, and daily routine management.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Energetic, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
