Job Description

Role Overview: Join NTT DATA, a company known for its technical excellence and innovative solutions, where you can make a difference to clients and society. As a Platform Support Engineer (L2), you will be a subject matter expert providing support on various technical processes to ensure successful resolution of challenging situations. Key Responsibilities: - Support users/administrators of the company platform - Contribute to the growth of best practices for support services - Understand the platform and Cloud technologies for troubleshooting - Prioritize and manage incidents and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement in tools and processes - Perform any other related tasks as required Qualification Required: - Developing knowledge of cloud/web application components - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Exposure to network monitoring connectors like SCOM and Solarwinds - Understanding of SNMP traps, MIBs/OIDs, XML, JSON, and Regular Expressions - Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, TCP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, and REST - Object-oriented programming skills, preferably Java - Good understanding of database concepts - Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL processes - Proficiency in analyzing log files and debugging - Experience in web development support is desirable - Excellent communication skills Academic qualifications and certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - Relevant ITIL certification Required experience: - Moderate level experience in customer-facing technical support - Moderate level experience with the ServiceNow platform - Moderate level experience in providing SaaS support About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services, committed to accelerating client success and responsible innovation.
