Platform Operations Executive - ITC Limited (Cloud Kitchen Business)

• Cataloguing: Managing menu across POSist, Rebel+, GoKhana, etc.
• Executing Platform Growth Initiatives: design visibility banners, hygiene of ads, discounts, widget tagging.
• New Store Opening: First Time Right launch of new kitchens on platforms

Routine Work

1. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for design of creatives: Topicals, BOTD, DOTD, Cuisine Banner, Gourmet Experience Card, Whatsapp, Emailer, Push Notification, Top Picks with proper imagery and callouts.
2. Platform Operations: Thumbnail, Outlet Timings, Discounts Configuration, Handling Escalations.
3. Anchor end to end process of kitchen launch on platform: coordinate with aggregator and POS for listing new locations and FTR launch.
4. Daily Hygiene Checklist: Scheduled banners and discounts go live on time, inclusion of brands in any new widget on platform.
5. Weekly Checklist: Ads (both CPC and Search) are loaded in right volumen, targeted to right user set, meal slot and defined click rate.
6. Complete menu management on POSist, GoKhana and Rebel+ following SOP and documenting for audition purpose.
7. Weekly reports for quality, track consumer comments, escalate exceptions.
8. Diligently follow all SOPs with sign off and documentation after completition of a process.
