Role & responsibilities

Shopify Executive to manage Shopify backend operations and support basic front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to maintain and enhance our online store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify backend including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, variants, and collections
Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock regularly
Process orders, refunds, replacements, and cancellations
Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, promotions, and order fulfillment
Update website content such as banners, pages, navigation, and sections
Perform basic front-end updates using
HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
Assist with minor theme customizations and layout improvements
Monitor reports and ensure overall data accuracy

Requirements:

Working knowledge of
Shopify Admin
Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
12 years of experience in e-commerce or Shopify operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
