Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Platform Lead to join our team in India, with a strong background in IDMC and platform design. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable architecture for enterprise environments.

Own platform setup, optimization, and solution delivery.

Lead end-to-end platform design and implementation strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for platform designs.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to platform implementation.

Job

Deep expertise in Claire GPT, CDI, CDQ, and platform implementation.

Experience with IPU design, Sub-Org configurations, and scalable architecture.

Strong understanding of platform optimization and solution delivery.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Flexible working hours with EST overlap required.

Preference for candidates from major delivery hubs.
