Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Sales Manager/Executive located in Gurgaon. The Plant Sales Manager/Executive will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of plant machinery and equipment. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Client Relationship skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
• Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurgaon
• Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
