Plant Sales Manager/Executive

You will be joining R&M Infrastructure as a Plant Sales Manager/Executive based in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales operations of plant machinery and equipment. This includes managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products. Your role will also involve preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess Sales Management and Client Relationship skills, experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research, Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively on-site in Gurgaon. Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.,
