Major Roles & Responsibilities:
Shift Management
1. Respond immediately to emergency calls, reach spot, and normalize situation.
2. Carryout second level patrol of critical non routine activities and check safety adherence
Incident / Near Miss Management
1. Analyse incident spot, gather details from witness and collect evidence and incident
scenario photograph.
2. Prepare first information report and report to management.
3. Organize for incident investigation committee and coordinate for investigation.
Employee Engagement (Safety)
1. Safety Campaign, Safety Day competitions, Safety Ambassador Program
Safety Management
1. Area Safety Management: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for plan execution.
Critical Work Authorization
1. Forklift Authorization & Internal Driving License, conduct test and evaluate skill.
2. Give awareness of company guidelines & regulations, Issue authorization pass based on skill
test and awareness level & Maintain record, conduct surprise, and check for compliance.
3. Height work Pass Authorization: Give awareness of height work guidelines, Check
awareness level, Issue height pass & Maintain Record
Management Reporting, PPE Management, Workplace Wellness, Construction
Safety management & Communication & Awareness
Operation Risk assessment & Control
Technical Engineering / Global Standard & Regulations
Communication Information sharing between inter / intra department members
