Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Plant Operator. The Plant Operator will oversee daily plant operations, including managing machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring plant systems for efficiency, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and adhering to compliance standards for safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and Quality Control processes
• Experience in Machine Operation and general Maintenance tasks
• Ability to perform Forklift Operation safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Background in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical field is an advantage
• Flexibility to adapt to production demands and resolve operational issues
